How to get to Graz?

Things to do in Graz

The historic city center is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Therefore, the first thing you can do in Graz is to go on a walking tour to the Old Town. The heart of the Old Town is the central square of Hauptplatz. Here are the city hall, historic houses and churches.

Above the city rises Mount Schlossberg (Castle Hill), another most popular attraction of the city. At the top is an old clock tower, ruins of a fortress and a huge park. You can get here by cable car, which has been operating since 1894.
