How to get to Marmaris?
The nearest airport to Marmaris is Dalaman Airport, which is approximately 100 km away, which is about an hour away. The airport serves domestic and international flights, but as a rule only charter flights. Therefore, most likely you will have to get to Marmaris with transfers in Istanbul, Ankara or Antalya.
If your vacation is not strictly limited in time, then you can get to Marmaris by bus. From the bus station of any Turkish city, buses of several transfer companies leave for the resort every day. Travel time will take about 10-12 hours from Istanbul or Ankara and about 4-5 from Antalya.
