Palandoken is located 4 km from the city of Erzurum. The city has its own airport, but unfortunately it only takes local flights. Palandoken is one of the youngest ski resorts in Turkey. The center is the official place of training camps of the Turkish national alpine skiing team. The resort has ski runs suitable for all ages and levels. A total of 22, they are divided depending on the degree of complexity. 8 of them are light, 9 medium and 3 advanced ski slopes. In addition, Palandoken offers the opportunity to have a good time for lovers of slalom and snowboard. The ski season lasts from mid-December to mid-April, the best skiing conditions from January to March. Ski equipment rental is also available here. Most hotels in the resort operates on an “all inclusive”.
