You can get to Bromo Vulcan directly from Bali and the major cities of Java in tourist minibuses. You can buy tours at any hotel or tourist office.

If you prefer independent travel, then go first to Surabaya. Next, take the bus to Probolinggo. From the local bus station of Bayuangga to the village Cemoro Lawang, go by minibuses.
